Will my photos ever be used on your website or social media pages?: Absolutely not! Your privacy is very important to us and your photos will never be viewed by anyone else unless you want them to.

All of our photos on this site are used with the documented permission of our clients. Your photographs will be held in the strictest of confidence and will NEVER be used inappropriately!

If you would like to be featured as "Kitty of the Day" on our social media pages, or appear on our website - shoot us an email giving us permission girl! We'd love to show you off!!!
This is something I've never done before and I'm really nervous!: Everybody is nervous at first! You will find once you arrive, our environment is very relaxed and positive.

By the time we choose what outfit is being shot where, figure out the motivation and get to know each other a little, you'll be energized for a spicy shoot!

It's less stressful than you might think and hella fun!

Your session is always under your control - YOU decide what YOU want to do! You can shoot fully clothed, topless or fully nude. It's very difficult to shock any of us, so be honest about what you want to do. #NoJudgement - The level of freaky is your choice & we'll never tell :-)
Can I bring a friend for support?: We prefer you didn't. We believe that a boudoir session is a focused one-on-one experience. To ensure you're fully focused and immersed, we prefer that no friends be present.

However, if you feel that you need support, you may bring one female friend—no exceptions. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we do not allow unknown males in the venue, under any circumstances.

Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring someone or we will not allow them in.

Your guest must be respectful and supportive throughout the session. If their presence becomes disruptive or interferes with the connection between you and the photographer, we won’t hesitate to ask them to leave. Their role is to be helpful, positive, and to enhance—not detract from—your experience.

Your friend will NOT be able to follow us room to room and lurk in the background or "help" - they can wait in another room while we work our magic uninterrupted. All in all, this is a professional service and not a party with friends. Please make sure they are fully aware of that.

Important Notes:

Husbands, wives, or partners are welcome to drop you off and ensure you’re settled, but they cannot stay and watch. Our focus is on creating a professional, empowering environment, and their presence can unintentionally shift the dynamic.

Please do not bring children of any age to the studio—this includes babies and toddlers. Our studio is not equipped for childcare, and we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for everyone.

What is the difference between Build Your Own Boudoir, All Inclusive, Ultimate Getaway & Bad Kitty Experience?: The All-Inclusive Session
Perfect for clients who want the full boudoir experience. This package includes professional glamour services, your choice of advanced editing, four complete outfit changes, and every image delivered digitally.

The Bad Kitty Experience
Our most exclusive offering, the Queen Kitty of all sessions. This package includes everything from the All-Inclusive Session, plus a dedicated videographer to document your shoot, along with complimentary snacks and beverages.

Build Your Own Boudoir (BYOB)
For those who want a fully customized experience, this option comes with 3 outfit changes, whether to include glamour services or editing, and which package suits your needs.

The Ultimate Getaway Shoots with Madison & Cinnamon
Indulge in a luxurious boudoir getaway in Salt Lake City with Madison or in Houston with Cinnamon. This package includes professional glamour services, four outfit changes, your choice of editing, all images, snacks, beverages, and an overnight stay for two, plus transportation to and from the airport.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?: We have a very STRICT AF cancellation policy.

If you cancel, you lose all deposits paid. There are no refunds. Period.

If we have purchased flights, venues or other services to create your photo shoot, and you cancel, you will be liable for reimbursing ALL of these direct costs that are not refundable to us.

Those additional costs are directly passed to you. They are 100% YOUR responsibility and the card used for your session deposit will be used to pay for them.

We have a very STRICT AF reschedule policy.

If you have to reschedule, the fee is $125.00. This is paid to the photographer you were booked with, since we probably can't fill the spot you held solely, in time for the appointment time/date booked.

Additionally, if we have already booked the venue, paid for fights and have financially invested in your session, you will incur any costs it takes to change the dates, venues and flights.

Those additional costs are directly passed to you. They are 100% YOUR responsibility to reimburse us for and the card used for your session deposit will be used to pay for them.

Please choose dates that you can commit to. Keep in mind your work/home schedule and menstruation cycles before choosing the date.
Same Day/No Show Appointments: If you totally ghost us on the same day of your confirmed and scheduled appointment you will be charged a $250.00 penalty fee for royally wasting our time. All Inclusive Penalty, $500. Experience Penalty, $1,750.

What if I get Covid/Flu or Common Cold?: While we empathize with an unplanned sickness, please be advised that we invest large amounts of money in advance to make your shoot happen with flights and venue rentals. These are typically not refundable to us if we cancel them without at least 30 days notice.

If we have NOT already purchased flights and venues, we can reschedule your session for a minimum of 30 days out to give you time to feel better, get your strengths back and/or be non-contagious. If you cannot move to another time, then you will forfeit all prepaid monies and deposits and your session will be cancelled.

If we HAVE purchased flights and venues, then you will be solely responsible for reimbursing the total costs associated with your session (we will provide all receipts and proof of costs). Once paid, we will reschedule your session a minimum of 30 days out to give you time to feel better, get your strengths back and/or be non-contagious.

If you do not wish to reimburse us for our direct cost losses, then you will forfeit all prepaid monies and deposits and your session will be cancelled and you will not be eligible for rescheduling or using out studio in the future.
Do I bring my own lingerie and what kinds of item do you provide?: We do not provide lingerie for use. You will be expected to bring everything you need for your shoot.

There are no right or wrong things to bring, you define your sexy. If that's leather or lace, vinyl or cotton - you can bring a little of everything! t's always fun to bring some fun props, whips, cuffs, fresh flowers, whipped cream...If it's fun, it's in! If it's naughty even better!

If you are doing this as a present, perhaps bring something of your partners to include? If a birthday celebration, maybe bring a cupcake or can of whipped cream to lick? Have fun with it!

Do you provide airbrushing and photo re-touching?: Damn skippy!

You choose the level of editing that you want.

1) No editing is an option for those that want 100% authentic images.

2) Level 1 editing is a light dash of Photoshop Action Portraiture on a light level. It will smooth lines and bumps, but not remove them 100%. This is a great option for people who don't want to be over Photoshopped, but still want a lil "sumthin sumthin"

3) Level 2 editing is the a medium Photoshop Action Portraiture and then we manually go into each image and remove the following: cellulite, back rolls, stretch marks, razor bumps, breakouts, bruises, extension clips and lace front lifting.

4) Level 3 editing is all of the above PLUS the manipulation of your body. You want it smaller or bigger, curvier or flatter. The answer is yes 95% of the time. If you are wearing a complex outfit then it may not be possible.

We can get surgical with our photoshopping skill set, however, we much prefer to rely on our bomb ass photographer skills, good lighting, fun posing and proper fitting lingerie!

Tattoo removal - if you have a tat that you wish you never did (been there, done that) and it's relatively small - yes, we can remove it easily and at no cost. Now, if you have a full back piece and want us to remove it, that takes HOURS of editing time and you will be billed at $50 per hour. Or just use a corset.... :-)
How long is the typical wait to view?: General turn around time to view your photos is minimum of 3 days.
How long do you keep the photos for ordering?: We keep your images for 2 weeks from the day your viewing period begins :-) After which, they will be deleted permanently from our files forever, so be sure to communicate your order to us beforehand :-)

We can also delete immediately after you order if that is your preference :-) Just let us know!
Do you photograph all genders?: No. Our specialty is female boudoir photography.

We do not shoot men. It is not our specialty. If you are a man looking to have shots done in female lingerie, google Dude-oir in your area and you will surely find a better suited studio!
Talk to me about the Hair and Make-up...: Photographic make-up can look very drastic in real life, but you have to remember that only HALF will actually show in the photos because of the lighting. We want the make-up to be fresh and sleek, not caked on, so please let us work our magic!

If you normally do not wear make-up, and are concerned that you "need to" - please know that you do not need to wear make-up for the session. It's all about what you love - for some that means a full face of contoured make-up, for others it's mascara and lip balm. You rock the version of you that makes you feel good :-)

If you love the look of thick lashes, (and who doesn't really?) We love the fake ones and are experts at putting them on!! They are included in the price of the make-up.

Can't stand the idea of not doing your own? Please bring all the cosmetics you used with you AND, please match your face to your body - a totally different color head on a body is just weird looking AND we can't fix it in Photoshop!

Your hair should be styled in a way that would normally do it for an evening out. It is best to look like YOU! If you need some help making the best "You" come out, we provide hair styling services.

We can do big fluffy hair, super sleek flat ironed styles, spiral curls, pin-up retro styles - we got mad skills. Arrive with clean dry hair and we'll do the rest!

We are not proficient with BRAIDED styles or Wedding style Up-do's. So if you want micro braids or a viking braided faux hawks we are not the stylists for you :-)

My beautiful women of color, this is for you

Yeah, we're mostly a Caucasian Kitty Krewe, but we know how to do your make-up. And yes, we have your foundation color.

Are you a Grade 1 or 2 ? Rocking a non synthetic weave? We can totally style for you. No problem.

Have amazing natural hair Grade 3 or 4? While I'm jealous of your curls, Let's be honest - I wouldn't let us do it... I recommend having your regular stylist set before your session.
Is there an extra charge to shoot Plus Sized Clients?: It has come to my attention from clients that other studios upcharge plus sized clients.

We do not. That's such bullshit.
Do I tip my photographer?: You are not expected to tip your photographer, however, if you feel they went over and above, and rocked your session, you can leave a tip for your photographer. Cash to them or direct to their venmo or cash app :-) You can also leave a tip on your final bill for the packages.
Do you have Payment Plans?: Yes! We have a few options!

INSTALLMENT

Don't have the entire 50% deposit for an All Inclusive or Bad Kitty Experience session in full but want to get the ball rollin???

If you have a session planned you can pay toward the deposit in $25 increments. Once you have met the 50% threshold to secure your session appointment, we will reach out to finalize dates!

Until the deposit is met we will not guarantee the date and time you requested, book the venue or secure any flights or travel.

Deposits must be met at least 30 days in advance so we can get the best pricing for travel. If you wait and the flight pricing goes up, this additional cost will be passed to you or we will need to change the date/time of your session to avoid :-)

AFTERPAY OPTION

We have partnered with AfterPay which allows you to select the type of shoot you want, your package and any extras in advance. We then send you an invoice for the full amount and AfterPay decides your payments terms. When approved, we set your date and get you on the calendar.
What are your hours?: OFFICE HOURS

We are open Monday-Saturday, 10 to 6. Closed Sunday.

We are in the Mountain Time Zone. (1 hour ahead of PST, 1 hour behind CST, 2 hours behind EST)

PHOTO SHOOT HOURS

Morning shoots start at 7 am up to 9 am.

Afternoon Siesta and Creative re-charge break.

Later shoots start as early as 3:30 pm and as late as 8:00 pm.

Most cities are booked about a month in advance. Two months in advance during Christmas and Valentines Day.
What about alcohol?: If you are over 21, feel free to bring wine or champagne to the studio to enjoy while you are getting ready. Keep consumption light, otherwise you will look drunk in your photos!

It is not recommended to bring hard liquor, it seems to go down too easy, and then you will be drunk for your session! If we feel you may have had too much, you will be cut off, we will take your keys and make you go home in an Uber :-)
Can I get a discount?: If you are

You will receive 10% off your package! Does not apply to session fees, editing or styling services, just packages.

If you are doing an All Inclusive, then it is 5% of the total.
Do you work with Couples?: No. It is not our specialty.
Can I shoot on my period?: If you use a cup or tampon, of course. If tampon, just tuck the string up there and you're good to go. If you use pads, no.

If you feel fine with it, we are too, we're all women and it's a natural thing - we ain't trippin'
Can I book a Bad Kitty Photo Party?: We limit group sessions to a maximum of three participants. This ensures that you and your friends can enjoy a personalized, fun, and focused experience with our photographer, creating lasting memories without compromising on quality.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate large groups or parties. Larger groups can overwhelm the session, and often, participants become distracted or lose interest. Additionally, with each individual photoshoot taking approximately 1.5 hours, larger groups result in long wait times—meaning the last client may be waiting around for up to 6 hours, which can quickly turn into a tiring and unenjoyable experience.

For the best boudoir experience, we keep it intimate, manageable, and fun!
Do you shoot Maternity?: Yes, but in our usual style.

If you want something more "mother of earth" or Facebook friendly, I'd go elsewhere :-)

Who owns the copyright to the images, Me or the Studio?: Once you have made your final purchase, those images belong to YOU, 100%.

We do not believe in the photographer culture where we keep copyright of images that YOU bought from us. It literally makes no sense to us.

You can do whatever you want with them! You can post them, print them, sell them - girl - do you! But hey, if you post them, don't forget to tag us #badkittyphotography
Can I bring in a Firearm or weapon to the shoot?: We do allow firearms, swords, knives and weapons for the shoot.

YOU MUST INFORM US IN ADVANCE THAT YOU ARE BRINGING A FIREARM.

Upon entry, we will immediately ask you show us that the weapon is NOT LOADED. Do not bring a loaded weapon to your shoot. That's incredible dangerous and irresponsible. The firearm is a Prop only for the shoot, there is absolutely no reason to load it.
How old do I have to be for a photoshoot?: We prefer to work with women over 21.

We will consider working with 18-20 if you are mature enough for a shoot and take it on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly for more information :-)
